Living Beyond the Box: From Feeling Stuck to Finding Infinite Possibility

Sep 16, 2025

Here’s the thing: most of us walk around like we’re cut off from possibility, like life is just a menu with three safe choices. But the truth? We are always connected to infinite possibility. It’s wired into our super-conscious self, that part of us that doesn’t play small, doesn’t care about limits, and knows the game is bigger than we think. And yet, so many people are feeling stuck in life, not because possibility isn’t there, but because they’re still operating inside old subconscious patterns that keep them looping the same reality.

I know this intimately. I grew up in what I call a no-choice home. What that meant was that choice itself was made to feel dangerous. I was told things like: if you make a choice, be careful, there will never be another one. Or: you’ll only have this amount of money once, so don’t make the wrong choice. Everything was framed as limited and final, which meant I spent years training my subconscious to stop looking for possibility. That conditioning led me to live a very limited life, not asking bigger questions, not staying open to what could be, and not really believing I was someone who got to have choice. But here’s what I know now: we all came here to choose. We make hundreds of choices a day. And the moment we stop accessing that, we stop accessing life itself. That’s why this concept of getting into possibility matters so deeply to me, and why I want to share it with you.

So what if you filtered everything in your life through a different lens? What if every problem came with the energy of a solution already attached to it? Because it does. If there’s a problem, there’s already a solution. The only question is: are you tuned into it, or are you stuck recycling the same old dead-end thoughts?

Why You Feel Stuck in Life

The subconscious has one job: keep you safe. And “safe” usually means familiar. It whispers, don’t try that, it’s risky… stay here, you already know how this goes. But those same protective loops are often just outdated limiting beliefs running in the background. They shape your decisions, your reactions, and your sense of what’s possible. This is exactly why you feel stuck in life. Your brain isn’t broken, it’s just repeating patterns it thinks are keeping you safe. But in reality, those patterns are the very thing keeping you small. If you want a different life, you have to break old patterns and create a new relationship with your mind.

The Field of Infinite Solutions

Picture it like this: you’re walking around with a radio, and the only station playing is “Same Old Problems FM.” Meanwhile, there’s an entire spectrum of solutions available to you, ideas you haven’t thought of, paths you haven’t seen, opportunities waiting just outside your current awareness. But you can’t access them from the same frequency. This is where a real mindset shift happens. You’re not trying harder. You’re tuning differently. You’re choosing to expand your thinking beyond what you’ve already known. That’s how you access the field.

How to Stop Self-Sabotage (Without Fighting Yourself)

This is where most people get it wrong. They think the answer is more discipline. More force. More effort. But real change happens when you reprogram your subconscious, not when you try to override it. It starts with awareness, the moment you see the pattern, you’re no longer inside it. That’s the beginning of real personal growth. Instead of asking “why can’t I figure this out?”, try asking “what’s the solution I haven’t seen yet?” or “what would infinite possibility show me right now?” Those questions interrupt self-sabotage and open the door to something new.

Shift Your State, Shift Your Reality

You cannot access new solutions from the same state that created the problem. If your body is tense, your mind will stay narrow. If your energy is contracted, your thinking will be too. So shift your state. Move. Breathe. Dance. Step outside. Change your environment. This isn’t just feel-good advice, it’s how you reprogram your subconscious and unlock new levels of awareness. When your state changes, your access changes.

You Don’t Have to Do This Alone

Expansion doesn’t happen in isolation. Sometimes the fastest way to expand your thinking is to step into spaces, conversations, and relationships that challenge your current perspective. That one person who sees things differently. That conversation that stretches you. That moment where your reality cracks open just enough to let something new in. That’s the field working through connection.

Living Beyond the Box, And Making It Feel Safe

Retraining your mind isn’t about forcing change, it’s about showing yourself that safety doesn’t only exist in what’s familiar. There is safety in expansion too. There is safety in choosing something new. And there is power in deciding you’re no longer available for the same old subconscious patterns. The next time you feel stuck, pause. Ask a different question. Shift your state. Open yourself to something beyond what you already know. Because your life isn’t a three-choice menu. It never was.

This week, I want to give you one tool to begin reprogramming your nervous system into finding safety in expansion. Think of a new choice you’re currently working on, something that feels a little uncertain, a little unknown. Then take a moment to reframe it into a new statement: “I feel safe making my new choice and being in the unknown” or simply “I feel safe, and...” followed by your specific choice in your own words. Once you have your statement, look around the room and identify three things you can see, saying each one out loud. Then listen for three sounds and name them out loud too. This is your nervous system arriving into the present moment. Now breathe your new statement in, hold at the top, and exhale it out slowly. Repeat this until the choice begins to feel less like a threat and more like solid ground. The body learns safety through repetition and presence, and that is exactly how you begin to break old patterns and live beyond the box.
